Located in a regal historical Victorian Red Brick Home built in 1895. The property contains 2 homes within, fully self contained owners quarters at the front. Two level home at the back - completely separated double brick wall between and no sound travel between.

This 2 level + loft home will not disappoint. 10 foot ceilings on both levels with 2 areas to relax - Upper living room with 65 inch smart TV, open concept with full kitchen with gas range, dishwasher and fridge. This level also has a large bedroom with King bed. Bathroom with soaking clawfoot tub.

Lower main level has a bright sitting room with cozy sectional couch, 65 inch smart TV and gas fireplace. Private bedroom, king size bed with sliding door and ensuite bathroom, glass shower. 2nd kitchen with mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Full sized washer and Dryer

  • UPPER: Open concept high end kitchen with all the amenities. Gas Range, full size fridge, wine fridge, and dishwasher. Comfortable dining space for two at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need.

  • LOWER: Just off the Kitchen is a large and bright living room with a beautiful and comfortable nesting couch, stylish chair, and a large screen television. The living room also has a gas fireplace that can used during the winter and shoulder seasons.

  • UPPER: The living room contains an extremely comfortable couch and chair, is an open space connected to the kitchen, and contains lots of natural light and living plants.

  • UPPER: Premium King Size Bed and Mattress (Beautyrest Harmony~Hybrid right-temp wave foam+pocketed coil) Plush pillows, duvet (hypoallergenic) + coverings. Built in charging stations. Window is fitted with light filtering blinds and black out curtains.

  • LOWER: This is a view as you step inside your private entrance (door shown on right). Immediately inside is a large walk-in closet and a beautiful powder room.

  • UPPER: The bathroom contains a clawfoot tub. Perfect for a relaxing bath or rainfall shower. A selection of premium toiletry products are provided (hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). If you forgot anything else we have you covered.

  • LOWER: Premium King Size Bed and Mattress (Beautyrest Harmony ~ Hybrid mattress, right-temp wave foam+ pocketed coil) with Premium pillows, duvet(hypoallergenic). Built in charging stations on each night table. Window is fitted with light blocking blinds.

  • UPPER: Another view of the beautiful living room. The staircase on the left of the photo leads to a currently undeveloped area and is not accessible.

  • UPPER: The bedroom contains a large built-in wardrobe that provides extensive closet space. Complete with Luxury Bath Robes, ample wooden hangers, and a dressing mirror. You will also find a luggage rack in the bedroom.

  • LOWER: The lower suite contains a well-equipped kitchenette, local coffee and other fine touches.

  • UPPER: A fine selection of coffee and teas are provided. You have the choice of Keurig single serve coffee (multiple premium options) or a French press with locally roasted ground coffee. A selection of sugars, local honey, milk, and cream are provided.

  • UPPER: During winter months you will absolutely love the luxury of the heated towel rack.

  • UPPER: One driveway parking space is provided with each rented unit. Additional on street parking available if required. Your private entrance is the door visible in photo.

  • UPPER: This is a view of the entrance way immediately upon entering your suite. This area contains plenty of storage for coats, shoes, and luggage. The loft is located at the top of this small flight of stairs.

In addition to having access to your private unit, guests will have access to the side yard/gardens which contains a seating area, fire table, picnic table, and BBQ. The side yard/gardens are shared with guests from another 1 bedroom suite. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front Gardens that surround the home.
